Following Decision No. 277/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2025, HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: Wall Street Securities Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: WSS
- Effective date: 09/04/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2024 is negative
- Basis for review: The Financial Statements 2024 audited by AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
