Following Decision No. 278/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: No. 9 Construction Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: VC9
- Effective date: 08/04/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2024 is negative
- Basis for review: The Financial Statements 2024 audited by CPA Vietnam Auditing Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 228/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock put under supervision.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 180/QD-SGDHN dated 28/03/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock under continued alert.
