QST: 2025 Annual General meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time:  the end of 04/2025 tentatively, the specific time will be announced with invitation and meeting materials
- Meeting venue: Conference room of Van Lang Primary, Secondary and High School. Address: Van Lang Street, Hon Gai Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of report on 2024 activities, after-tax profit distribution scheme and 2025 workplan by the Board of Directors (BOD);
+ Approval of 2024 summary financial report;
+ Approval of 2024 income settlement of the members of the BOD and the Supervisory Board (SB);
+ Approval of report by the SB on 2024 operational report and 2025 orientation;
+ Selection of an auditor for financial statements;
+ Other related issues within the authority of the General meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 23/04/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
