Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 281/QD-SGDHN dated April 02, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DLR stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statement 2024; the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2023;
- Other reasons: HNX has not received a request from the Trading Registration Organization regarding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Section 1 and Point g Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Da Lat Real Estate JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 778/QD-SGDHN dated 09/7/2024.

Notice of stock status
On April 02, 2025, HNX announces the status of Da Lat Real Estate JSC's shares (stock code: DLR) as follows: DLR share are under trading restriction due to the reason(s) that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statement 2024; the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2023; HNX has not received a request from the Trading Registration Organization regarding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 as prescribed at points a, c Section 1 and Point g Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
