Decision on being put under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 289/QD-SGDHN dated April 02, 2025, HNX announces the trading restriction of Song Da Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SBB) stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Effective date: 08/4/2025 (April 08, 2025)
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Song Da Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 02, 2025, HNX announced the status of Song Da Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SBB) as follows: SBB shares are under trading restriction from 24/10/2024 (October 24, 2024) due to the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2024 according to the provisions at Point c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
