DVG: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Decision on trading restriction
Following Decision No. 279/QD-SGDHN dated April 02, 2025, HNX announces the following stock under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Dai Viet Paint Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: DVG
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: The company is the subject to be delisted due to disclaimer of opinion from the auditor to Financial Statements 2023, but the auditor expressed the opinion which is not an unqualified opinion on Financial Statements 2024  
- Form of restriction: traded only on Friday sessions
- Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed this Decision, DVG must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 02, 2025, HNX announces the status of  Dai Viet Paint Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DVG) as follows:
DVG share are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 279/QD-SGDHN dated April 02, 2025 due to the reason that the company is the subject to be delisted due to disclaimer of opinion from the auditor to Financial Statements 2023, but the auditor expressed the opinion which is not an unqualified opinion on Financial Statements 2024 as prescribed in Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
