On March 28, 2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Ho Chi Minh City Branch announced Official Dispatch No. 2400/VSDC-DKCP.NV on the cancellation of the list of shareholders of Thuan An Coffee Joint Stock Company (Upcom: TAN) (the Company) as follows:
The cancellation of the list of shareholders for participation in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 (Record date: March 31, 2025) according to Notice No. 667/TB-VSDC dated March 20, 2025 of VSDC.
Reason: The Company needs more time to organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025.
