L45: Decision on putting the stock on alert

Following Decision No. 352/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025, HNX announces the being put on alert of L45 stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years;
- Effective date: 11/04/2025
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under alert as prescribed in this Decision, Lilama 45.1 Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
