HAN: Decision on the stock remaining on alert

Following Decision No. 335/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Hanoi Construction Corporation - JSC
- Stock code: HAN
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: Hanoi Construction Corporation – JSC is a company that is subject to mandatory delisting due to an audit organization giving a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision Hanoi Construction Corporation – JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 285/GD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2024
