NDT: Notice on stock status

On April 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Nam Dinh Textile Garment Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: NDT) as follows:
- NDT shares are put out of alert according to Decision No. 328/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2025 because The audit organization have expressed the unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2024 according to Point a Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
