Decision on being continued alert
Following Decision No. 310/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading alert of SD4 stock as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da 4 JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: SD4
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Song Da 4 JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 247/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2024.

Decision on being put under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 311/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2025, HNX announces the trading restriction of Song Da 4 JSC’s shares (stock code: SD4) stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: The Company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Effective date: 10/4/2025 (April 10, 2025)
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Song Da Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of Song Da 4 JSC’s shares (stock code: SD4) as follows:
- SD4 shares are under trading restriction due to the Company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2024 according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
- SD4 shares are under continued alert due to audit organization give a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
