Decision on being put under trading restriction
Following Decision No.305/QD-SGDHN dated 03/04/2025, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Effective date: 09/04/2025
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange;
-  Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, Petroleum Pineline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
-  This Decision replaces Decision No.235/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2024


Notice of stock status

On April 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Petroleum Pineline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: PXT) as follows:
- PXT shares are being put under trading restriction with the effects since 09/04/2025 following the Decision No.305/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2025 due to the reason that the audit company gave a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2024 as prescribed in Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
