* Decision on stock out of alert:
Following Decision No. 331/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025, HNX announces the stock lifted out of alert as follows:
- Issuer: Sametel Corporation
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SMT
- Effective date: 10/04/2025
- Reason: The Audited Financial Statements 2024 is unqualified; The Company submitted Audited Consolidate Financial statement in 2023 and did not violate the Information regulation for 6 months in a row;
- Basis for review: The Financial Statements 2024 audited by UHY Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd.
- Applicable regulations: Point c,d Section 4 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 440/QD-SGDHN dated 04/05/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock put under alert.
