Following Decision No. 320/QD-SGDHN dated 03/4/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Thanh Thai Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: KKC
- Effective date: 9/4/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative.
- Basis for review: 2024 financial statements of Thanh Thai Group Joint Stock Company audited by UHY Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. - Hai Phong Branch;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No.305/QD-SGDHN dated 04/4/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.
