Following Decision No. 301/QD-SGDHN dated 03/04/2025, HNX announces the stock lifted out of alert as follows:
- Issuer: Tung Kuang Industrial JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: TKU
- Effective date: 09/04/2025
- Reason: The undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2024 turned positive and the auditor's opinions on the Audited Financial Statements 2024 is unqualified
- Basis for review: The Financial Statements 2024 audited by Nhan Tam Viet Auditing Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b Section 4 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 179/QD-SGDHN dated 28/03/2023 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock put under alert.
