SRA: Notice on stock status

* Stock under supervision status:
On 04/04/2025, following Decision No. 302/QD-SGDHN dated 03/04/2025, HNX announces the stock under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: SARA Vietnam Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SRA
- Effective date: 10/04/2025
- Reason: The auditor's opinions on the Audited Financial Statements 2023 and 2024 is unqualified;
- Applicable law(s): Point d, Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.1074/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 of HNX.

-  SRA shares are under supervision status according to Decision No. 302/QD-SGDHN dated 03/04/2025 of HNX due to the company's the auditor has qualified opinions to Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 and 2024;
-  SRA shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No.1160/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024 due to the company was late in submitting the Reviewed Seperate and Consolidate Semi-annual Financial statement 2024 over 45 days since due date.
