* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 363/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: FID
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative;
- Basis for review: Consolidated financial statements for 2024 of Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development JSC audited by UHY Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd.;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

Following Decision No. 362/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025, HNX announces the stock removed out of supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: FID
- Effective date: 09/04/2025
- Reason: The audit opinion on the 2024 Consolidated Financial Statements is an unqualified opinion;
- Basis for review: Consolidated financial statements for 2024 of Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development JSC audited by UHY Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd.;
- Applicable regulations: Point c, Clause 4, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 701/QD-SGDHN dated 03/7/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock put under supervision.

HNX announces the status of Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development JSC (stock code: FID) as follows:
-  FID shares are under continued alert according to Decision No. 363/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to Undistributed Profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements for 2024 being a negative number;
-  FID shares are under restriction according to Decision No. 493/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2024 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the Listed Organization's delay in submitting audited separate and consolidated financial statements for 2023 more than 45 days from the prescribed deadline.
