* Decision on stock out of alert:
Following Decision No.361/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025, HNX announces the stock removed out of supervision as follows:
- Issuer: DONG A Paint JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: HDA
- Effective date: 10/04/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is a positive number and the audit opinion on the 2024 Consolidated Financial Statements is an unqualified opinion;
- Basis for review: The consolidated financial statements 2024 of Son Dong A Company Joint Stock Company were audited by International Auditing and Valuation Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 4, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No.292/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

-  HDA shares are removed out of alert according to Decision No.361/QD-SGDHN dated April 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the Undistributed Profit after Tax as of December 31, 2024 on the Audited Financial Statements for 2024 is a positive number and the audit opinion on the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2024 is an an unqualified opinion.
