* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 369/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025 , HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: DS3 Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: DS3
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative;
- Basis for review: Audited financial statements for 2024 of DS3 Joint Stock Company audited by Nhan Tam Viet Auditing Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

-  DS3 shares are under alert according to Decision No. 369/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to Undistributed Profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 on the audited Financial Statement of 2024 being a negative number.
