* Decision on stock under supervision:
Pursuant to Decision No. 368/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025, HNX announces the stock is under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: IDJ Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: IDJ
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: The auditing organization has qualified opinion on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements of 2023 and 2024;
- Basis for review: Consolidated financial statements for 2023 and 2024 of IDJ Vietnam Investment JSC audited by A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. - Hanoi Branch;
- Applicable regulations: Point d, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

-  IDJ shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 368/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the auditing organization has qualified opinion on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements of 2023 and 2024 of the company.
