* Decision on stock under alert
Following No. 343/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025 , HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: NinhBinh Thermal Power JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: NBP
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative; The auditing organization has a qualified opinion on the financial statements for 2024;
-  Basis for review: The 2024 financial statements of NinhBinh Thermal Power JSC were audited by Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, c Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
