RIC: Decision on the stock being put out of trading restriction and Notice on stock status

(1) Decision on the stock being put out of trading restriction:
Following Decision No. 386/QD-SGDHN dated April 08, 2025, HNX announces the being put out of trading restriction of Royal International Corporation’s shares (UPCOM: RIC) as follows:
- Base of review: The reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: The Company has submitted the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Effective date: 11/04/2025;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
(2) Notice on stock status
On April 08, 2025, HNX announces the status of Royal International Corporation’s shares (UPCOM: RIC) as follows: RIC shares are now out of trading restriction from 11/04/2025 according to Decision No. 386/QD-SGDHN dated April 08, 2025 because the Company submitted the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 to HNX as prescribed at Point b Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 the Vietnam Exchange.
