DCT: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Following Decision No. 374/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DCT stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2024; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in audited Annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Dong Nai Roof Sheet & Construction Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 905/QD-SGDHN dated 20/08/2024.

On April 04, 2025, HNX announces the status of Dong Nai Roof Sheet & Construction Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DCT) as follows: DCT share are under continued trading restriction due to the reason(s) that the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2024; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in audited Annual Financial Statement 2024 as prescribed at points a and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
