On 04/04/2025, HNX announces the status of LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LM3) as follows: LM3 share are under trading restriction due to the reasons that the company has negative equity in its audited financial statements 2024; the auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements 2023 as prescribed at points a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
