LM3: Decision on continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 376/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LM3 stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason for trading restriction: The company has negative equity in its audited financial statements 2024;
- Another reason: The auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Points a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No. 312/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2024.
