TAR: Notice on stock status

On 04/04/2025, HNX announces the status of Trung An Hi-tech Farming Joint Stock Company (stock code: TAR) as follows: TAR shares are under trading restriction under Decision No. 365/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025 as the auditor gave disclaimer of opinions on the Audited Financial Statements 2024, thus falling into trading restriction under Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Management of Unlisted securities promulgated alongside Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
