TAR: Decision on continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 365/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Trung An Hi-tech Farming Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: TAR
- Effective date: 04/04/2025
- Reason: The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinions on the Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Trading restriction method: Stock is only available for trade every Fridays ;
- Applicable regulations: Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 624/QD-SGDHN dated 30/05/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under trading restriction.
