LCM: Decision on continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 371/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LCM stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s audited financial statement 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation & Processing Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No. 650/QD-SGDHN dated 10/06/2024.
