SCD: Notice on stock status

On April 04, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company (stock code: SCD) as follows:
- SCD shares remains on trading restriction following the Decision No.360/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025 due to the reason that the company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2024 as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
