LCM: Notice on stock status

On April 04, 2025, HNX announces the status of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation & Processing Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LCM) as follows: 
- LCM share are under trading restriction under Decision No. 371/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025 because the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s audited financial statement 2024 according to point c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
