L61: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Pursuant to Decision No. 351/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025, HNX announces the stock is under continued trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: 69-1 Lilama Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: L61
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: The company’s owner equity was negative recorded in audited Financial Statements 2024; the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statements 2024;
- Trading restriction: trade is only available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock being under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, 69-1 Lilama Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 04, 2025, HNX announces the status of Lilama 69-1 JSC’s shares (stock code: L61) as follows: 
- L61 share are under trading restriction under Decision No. 351/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025 because the company’s owner equity was negative recorded in audited Financial Statements 2024; the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statements 2024 according to points a and c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
