Decision on the stock remaining on alert
Following Decision No.355/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer:  Sai Gon - Quy Nhon Mining Corporation
- Stock code: SQC
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: the audit organization giving a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Sai Gon - Quy Nhon Mining Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.640/GD-SGDHN dated 06/04/2024.

- SQC shares remains on alert following the Decision No.355/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
