- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ The number of shares issued to existing shareholders, the number of shares entitled to buy will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be aggregated and processed according to the principle of handling the fractional shares due to rounding as below;
Example: shareholder A who owns 125 shares is entitled to buy 125/8*1= 15.625 shares. According to rounding principle, he/she will be entitled to buy 15 shares, the 0.625 fractional shares will be aggregated and processed according to the principle of handling the fractional shares due to rounding as below;
+ The excess due to rounding principle (fractional shares) and the remaining shares because shareholders do not subscribe will be authorized to the Board of Directors (BOD) to allocate to other parties (including shareholders who wish to increase share ownership) at the price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
+ In case the distribution expires as stipulated by prevailing laws (including extension time if any) and there are undistributed shares, these shares will be removed and the BOD decides to end the offering.
+ Transfer restriction: shares issued to existing shareholders are not subject to transfer restriction. The fractional shares and unsubscribed shares offered to other investors are restricted from transfer within 1 year from the date of offering completion as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 42, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020.

+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 22/04/2025 to 16/05/2025.
+ Shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
