* Decision on stock out of alert:
Following Decision No.418/QD-SGDHN dated April 8, 2025, HNX announces the stock removed out of alert as follows:
- Issuer: Central Area Electrical Mechanical JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: CJC
- Effective date: 11/04/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is a positive number and the audit opinion is an unqualified opinion;
- Basis for review: The financial statements 2024 of the company were audited by AAC Auditing and Accounting Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 4, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No.183/QD-SGDHN dated March 27, 2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
