 * Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 405/QD-SGDHN dated 08/4/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: LDP
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative; The auditing organization has a qualified opinion on the Consolidated financial statements for 2024;
- Basis for review: Consolidated financial statements for 2024 of Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC audited by A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd.
- Applicable regulations: Point b,c Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No.214/QD-SGDHN dated 01/4/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

Pursuant to Decision No. 404/QD-SGDHN dated 08/4/2025, HNX announces the stock is under continued supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: LDP
- Effective date: 08/4/2025
- Reason: Profit after tax in 2024 is a positive number, however, undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is a negative number;
- Basis for review: Consolidated financial statements for 2024 of Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC audited by A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd.
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 4, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No.215/QD-SGDHN dated 01/4/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under supervision.

- LDP shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 404/QD-SGDHN dated April 8, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because Profit after tax in 2024 is a positive number, however, undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is a negative number.
