LCD: Decision on stock out of alert, stock out of supervision and Notice on stock status

 * Decision on stock out of alert:
Following Decision No.408/QD-SGDHN dated April 8, 2025, HNX announces the stock removed out of supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Erection Electromechanics Testing JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: LCD
- Effective date: 11/04/2025
- Reason: The Company submitted Audited Consolidate Financial statement in 2023 and did not violate the Information regulation for 6 months in a row;
- Applicable regulations: Point d, Clause 4, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No.461/QD-SGDHN dated 08/05/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

- Reason: The Company submitted Audited Financial statement in 2022, 2023 and did not violate the Information regulation for 6 months in a row; The audit opinion on the 2024 Consolidated Financial Statements is an unqualified opinion;
- Basis for review: Consolidated financial statements for 2024 of Erection Electromechanics Testing JSC audited by International Auditing and Valuation Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point c, e Clause 4, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 460/QD-SGDHN dated 08/5/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock put under supervision.

- LCD shares are lifted out of supervision and back to normal status under Decision No. 407/QD-SGDHN dated 08/04/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange as the Company submitted Audited Financial statement in 2022, 2023 and did not violate the Information regulation for 6 months in a row; The audit opinion on the 2024 Consolidated Financial Statements is an unqualified opinion.
