On 08/04/2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: VE8 shares of VNECO8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation are likely to be delisted under Point e Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP as the Corporation incurred operating loss for 3 consecutive years of 2022, 2023 and 2024; their accumulated loss exceeded the paid-up charter capital and the owner's equity was negative in the Audited Financial Statements 2024, thus classified as at risk of mandatory delisting. HNX have requested the Corporation to reply on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
