LMH: Notice on stock status

On April 08, 2025, HNX announces the status of Quoc te Holding Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LMH) as follows: LMH share are under continued trading restriction due to the reason(s) that The company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2024; the auditing organization gave disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2024 as prescribed at points a and c, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
