NAU: Notice on stock status

On April 08, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Nghe An Urban Works & Environment Joint Stock Company (stock code: NAU) as follows:
- NAU shares remains on alert following the Decision No.398/QD-SGDHN dated April 08, 2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
