On 08/04/2025, based on the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 396/QD-SGDHN maintaining the following stock under alert:
Issuer: Licogi Corporation - JSC
Securities type: common stock
Stock code: LIC
Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024
Reason for maitaining alert: the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed, according to Point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
The Company must explain and disclose the remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert within 15 days since the effective date.
