MTA: Notice on stock status

On April 04, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: MTA) as follows:
- MTA shares are put out of alert according to Decision No. 377/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025 because The audit organization have expressed the unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2024; the company has already organized its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 according to Points a, b Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
