VSC Green Logistics Joint Stock Company announces the receipt of Official Letter No. 658/UBCK-PTTT dated April 1, 2025 of the State Securities Commission regarding the dossier notifying the Company’s maximum foreign ownership ratio. Accordingly, the Company’s maximum foreign ownership ratio is 49%.
