On 08/04/2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 419/QD-SGDHN on CTX stock out of trading suspension:
- Issuer: Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation

- Securities type: common stock
- Basis for consideration: Official dispatch No. 23/CV-CTX-TKTCT dated 10/03/2025 on the results of the remedial measures and the proposal to consider removing the shares from the trading suspension list and Official dispatch No. 297/SGDVN-GSTT dated 01/04/2025 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange on considering and handling the removal of CTX shares from the trading suspension list
- Reason: The company has completely resolved the cause of the stock under trading suspension.

On 08/04/2025,HNX announces the stock status of Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation (CTX) as follows: CTX shares are put out of trading suspension with the effect since 15/04/2025 under Decision No. 419/QD-SGDHN dated 08/04/2025 because the company has completely resolved the cause of the stock under trading suspension as prescribed in Section 4 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange
