Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 410/QD-SGDHN dated April 08, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of STT stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statement 2024
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Saigontourist Transport Coporation JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 360/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024

On April 08, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Saigontourist Transport Coporation JSC (stock code: STT) as follows:
- STT shares remains on trading restriction following the Decision No.334/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025 due to the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statement 2024 as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
