JOS: Notice on stock status

On 09/04/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company (JOS) as follows:
- JOS shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 425/QD-SGDHN dated 09/04/2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- JOS shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 424/QD-SGDHN dated 09/04/2025 due to the reason The company has negative equity in its audited 2024 financial statements at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
