Following Decision No. 425/QD-SGDHN dated 09/04/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company
- Stock code: JOS
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company is a company that is subject to mandatory delisting due to an audit organization giving a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 4 and Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 306/GD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025
