DAD: Resignation letters

On April 9, 2025, Danang Education Investment and Development Joint Stock Company received:
- Resignation letter from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Danang Education Investment and Development Joint Stock Company by Mr. Dang Thanh Hai requesting to terminate his position as a member of the Board of Directors for the reason of implementing the policy of the Vietnam Education Publishing House on the work of capital representatives from April 18, 2025.
- Resignation letter from the position of Head of the Board of Supervisors of Da Nang Education Investment and Development Joint Stock Company by Mr. Tran Cong Thanh requesting to terminate the position of member of the Board of Supervisors for the reason of implementing the policy of the Vietnam Education Publishing House on the work of capital representatives from April 18, 2025.
