TTF: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for corporate action processing

Pursuant to the document no. 17/2025/TTF-CV  dated 10/04/2025 of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 18/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.424/TB-CNVSDC dated 28/02/2025 by VSDC branch.
Reason:  The company changed the time to organize  2025 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited TTF shares at DMs
