* Decision on stock under alert
Following No. 433/QD-SGDHN dated April 14, 2025, HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: GKM Holdings Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: GKM
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: The auditing organization has a Qualified opinion on the audited financial statements 2024 of the listed organization;
- Basis for review: The financial statements 2024 audited by International Auditing and Valuation Company Limited.
- Applicable regulations: Point c, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
