On April 14, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 436/QD-SGDHN on putting ONW stock out of alert:
- Base for consideration: Annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed the unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2024;
- Effective date: 21/04/2025
- Applicable law: Point a Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.

Pursuant to Decision No.437 /QD-SGDHN dated April 14, 2025, HNX announces One World Services Joint Stock Company’s shares (UPCoM: ONW) to be lifted out of trading restriction as follows:
- Ground for review: Annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: The Company had positive owner equity in Annual Financial Statement 2024;.
- Effective date: 21/04/2025;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

- ONW shares are put out of alert with the effects from 21/04/2025  according to Decision No. 436/QD-SGDHN dated April 14, 2025 because The audit organization have expressed the unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2024 according to Point a Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- ONW shares are put out of trading restriction with the effects from 21/04/2025 according to Decision No. 437/QD-SGDHN dated April 14, 2025 because The Company had positive owner equity in Annual Financial Statement 2024 according to Point a Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
